Non-emergency transportation only
Peavanta provides non-emergency transportation only. This website is not monitored around the clock and must not be used to request urgent or emergency help. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Requests are not confirmations
Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a booking. A trip is confirmed only when a Peavanta representative contacts you and confirms the availability, vehicle suitability and details of the trip. Peavanta may decline any request, including where the available vehicle or service is not appropriate for the passenger’s needs.
Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including when you make a request on behalf of another person. Please do not include medical details in any form; we only ask for what is needed to plan a trip.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading requests, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or use automated tools to collect content from it.
