- A typeface designed for readability, used at a large size with strong contrast
- Headings, links and buttons that can be reached and operated with a keyboard
- Text alternatives for images and a described map
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages from the browser
- Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers, and that respect reduced-motion settings

Requesting a ride
Please tell us about any mobility or assistance needs when requesting a ride. We will review the information and confirm whether we can safely accommodate the trip.
The Request a Ride form includes a space for mobility and assistance information. You can also call us during business hours and a representative will take the details over the phone.
